Waev Inc. Launches an All-New Taylor-Dunn Model: The Bigfoot S

Introducing a More Compact and Agile Burden Carrier

Waev Inc. recently added the Bigfoot S to their dynamic lineup of Taylor-Dunn burden carriers. Engineered with the same durability of the Bigfoot lineup, the model S offers the most compact footprint available.  

Payload and Towing Capacity

Measuring 12 inches shorter than a standard Bigfoot, the smaller size doesn’t sacrifice any power, as the new model can haul up to 2,000 pounds of payload while towing up to 5,000 pounds. To put that into perspective, the Bigfoot S can haul 21 bags of 94-pound cement and tow a full-size car—far more than an average pickup truck for a fraction of the price. “Not all customers need the extensive payload capacity of the Bigfoot or Bigfoot XL, and that’s where the Bigfoot S comes in. The small but mighty model increases operation inclusivity by offering our lighter application customers all they need, without paying for capacity they don’t,” said Luke Mulvaney, CRO of Waev.

Model Specs and Upgrades

Waev’s burden carriers have quickly become an industry leader thanks to their uncompromised towing capabilities and customer versatility. In comparison with older models, the Bigfoot S boasts a:

• 19 percent shorter wheelbase (50 Inches)
• 9 percent shorter overall length (118.5 inches)
• 16 percent tighter turning radius (115-inch radius)

This smaller size allows the Bigfoot S to maximize agility while providing safe and efficient turning capabilities in tight aisles and pathways. The Bigfoot S has a max speed of 11 miles per hour, which complies with jobsite safety standards.

Powertrain and Range

Powered by a six-horsepower motor, the Bigfoot S easily hauls light and heavy loads without overstressing the engine. Its 36-volt battery configuration and 40 to 50 mile range ensure you can work all day without needing to recharge. Plus, its battery disconnect feature cuts off power after 10 minutes of inactivity, saving energy and extending the vehicle’s lifespan.
